This project aims to identify sure bets (arbitrage opportunities) in football betting. Steps and Methodology 1. Data Collection: -Monitored football matches on three Romanian betting sites: Betano, Superbet, and Casapariurilor. 2. Match Identification: -Developed an algorithm to match corresponding matches across different platforms, despite naming variations. 3. Sure Bet Detection: -Created a function to identify arbitrage opportunities by comparing odds from the three sites, ensuring all outcomes (team 1 win, draw, team 2 win) are covered to guarantee profit.
